"ACTUAL SIGHS ACTIVIST"   Written in the early 80’s, Twelve Bars and I Still Have The Blues was originally a country-style song, which I subsequently changed to a blues form because it was, after all…about having the blues. This is Ed Stasium’s first mix for the album Actual Sighs, and I am very enthused with the result. Of course, the album will contain a variety of styles including more melodic harmony songs and rootsy rock’n’roll along with a couple other blues-y tunes like this one.
